Travel Journal - Part 2: Paris|From the Arc de Triomphe to the Tour Eiffel

Hi everyone!
Hoje vim aqui falar-vos dos dois primeiros dias da viagem a Paris que fiz com o meu agrupamento no mês passado. Isto porque não sei ainda se vou fazer quatro partes ou apenas três, mas isso vejo no próximo post, dependendo da sua extensão!

Hi everyone!
Today I came here to tell you about the first two days of the trip to Paris I made with my group last month. This is because I don't know yet if I will do four parts or only three, but this I see in the next post, depending on its length!

Só tenho medo da subida, porque lá em cima é lindo!

No primeiro dia, voamos na Easyget todos juntos, claramente que acabei por ter algum receio do avião, afinal, apesar de ser o meio de transporte mais seguro, já houve acidentes de avião e isso é, no mínimo, assustador, já que estamos a uns bons metros de altitude.
On the first day, we flew Easyget all together, clearly I ended up having some fear of the plane, after all, although it is the safest means of transport, there have been plane crashes and this is scary at least as we are some good meters of altitude.

Igreja de Nossa Senhora de Fátima em Paris

Quando lá chegamos, e enquanto os chefes tentavam ver como funcionavam os metros em Paris e nos tentavam arranjar bilhetes, fomos almoçando e, logo em seguida, fomos para o local onde iríamos ficar alojados: a igreja de Nossa Senhora de Fátima em Paris.
When we got there, and while the chiefs were trying to see how the meters worked in Paris and trying to get us tickets, we had lunch and then went to the place where we would be staying: the church of Our Lady of Fatima in Paris.

Depois disso, fomos visitar o Arco do Triunfo. Um monumento excecional que não me desiludiu em nada! Adorei tudo o que vi, apesar de, infelizmente, não ter passado por de baixo dele... Mesmo assim, foi algo que me surpreendeu imenso, não só pelo monumento que é e pela altura que tem (nunca pensei que fosse tão grande), mas também pela arquitetura em si e todos os pormenores e detalhes que lá há.
After that we went to visit the Arc de Triomphe. An exceptional monument that did not disappoint me at all! I loved everything I saw, although unfortunately I did not go underneath it ... Still, it was something that surprised me a lot, not only for the monument it is and the height of it (I never thought it was so big) but also for the architecture itself and all the details there.

A arquitetura de Paris no seu melhor!

A cada passo que dava tudo se tornava ainda mais lindo!

Ainda éramos para ir visitar neste dia a Torre Eiffel, porém, por ser um bocado longe, ficamo-nos por vê-la ao longe do Arco do Triunfo e seguimos pelos Campos Elísios.
We were still going to visit the Eiffel Tower on this day, but as it is a bit far away, we stayed to see it far away from the Arc de Triomphe and followed the Champs Elysées.
