Vamos deixar de referir Darwin nas aulas?

Meus caros leitores, colegas bloggers e outros,
Desde ontem que estou para vos vir falar sobre isto, no entanto, com tantos trabalhos não pude vir.
Se ainda não sabem do que estou a falar, fiquem atentos:
Artigo 13.
O que é?
É um artigo proposto pela União Europeia (UE) que visa a proteger e restringir os direitos de autor, ainda mais do que já são restritos. Claro que, não podemos desprezar o Artigo 11, também proposto pela UE, que visa ao pagamento de uma taxa para que possamos partilhar links de outros websites.
Como soube isso?
Através de uma InstaStory, descobri, ontem, um vídeo do Youtuber Wuant, que afirma que, e passo a citar: "O meu canal vai ser apagado e, provavelmente, não vai ser o único".
Claro que, mesmo com o título do vídeo, muitos dos seus seguidores ficaram assustados com a veracidade do mesmo, mas a verdade é que o título do vídeo não poderia representar melhor a realidade.
Estes artigos apenas vão ser votados em janeiro de 2019, no entanto, já estão a dar que falar, tudo graças ao Youtuber Wuant.
Não vos vou deixar links e, sinceramente, espero que ninguém me processe por ter referido os artigos, porque, os mesmos me proíbem fazer isso. Afinal, estamos a falar de direitos de autor e se vai haver tanta restrição assim, não posso simplesmente chegar aqui e falar-vos disto sem a autorização dos autores. (Espero que compreendam isso...)
Aliás, poderei até ter que alterar o título deste post, pois as palavras que ele contém já foram proferidas por outros e, como tal, terei que referir quem as disse a primeira vez...
Problema: Afinal quem as disse pela primeira vez?
Eis outro problema: durante as aulas de biologia, falamos da Teoria Evolutiva. Toda a gente sabe que foi Darwin que a propôs e, segundo estas leis, teremos que pedir autorização ao mesmo para que possamos referir a sua obra em trabalhos, teses e mesmo nas aulas.
Qual é o problema?
Darwin está morto há 129 anos! Não se pode simplesmente tirar um morto do túmulo e perguntar-lhe se nos dá autorização!
Meus caros, parece que vamos ter que deixar de referir Darwin nas aulas porque NÃO temos a sua autorização!
Não é só isto que afeta esta nova lei, mas isso acho que já perceberam, pois isso irá afetar as redes sociais, trabalhos de pesquisa.... Afinal, tudo isso tem direitos de autor e vamos deixar de poder partilhar com outros imagens e artigos de interesse mútuo...
Enfim, espero que tenham percebido parte do que estes artigos significam e espero que percebam que têm que agir ou então...
ADEUS INTERNET...!
Já agora, a fotografia deste post não é retirada do Google, tal como todas as fotografias de todos os meus posts até hoje. Tive que a fazer no Paint por causa dos direitos de autor não me permitirem retirar fotografias da internet... Peço desculpa se não tiver boa resolução, porém, se estes artigos avançarem, não vou ter opção se não deixar de utilizar as fotografias do Google e começar a faze-las no Paint...
E obrigada a quem o criou, infelizmente não sei quem foi e não posso ir procurar quem foi porque vou ter que referenciar o link de um Website que diga quem é o criador do Paint... Peço imensas desculpas, malta!

Since yesterday I want to talk to you about this, however, with so many University Jobs I couldn't come.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, just pay attention:
Article 13.
What is it?
It is an article proposed by the European Union (EU) that aims to protect and restrict copyright, even more than is already restricted. Of course, we can't ignore Article 11, also proposed by the EU, which aims to pay a fee so that we can share links from other websites.
How did I knew that?
Through an InstaStory, I discovered, yesterday, a video from the Youtuber Wuant, which states that, and I quote: "My channel will be erased and probably will not be the only one."
Of course, even with the title of the video, many of his followers were frightened by the truth of it, but the truth is that the title of the video couldn't represent reality better.
These articles will only be voted on January 2019, however, they are already giving to speak, all thanks to the Youtuber Wuant.
I won't leave you links and, sincerely, I hope no one will prosecute me for referring the articles because they prohibit me from doing so. After all, we are talking about copyright and if there is going to be such a restriction like this, I can't just come here and talk to you about this without the authors' permission. (I hope you understand this...)
Incidentally, I may even have to change the title of this post, because the words it contains have already been uttered by others and as such, I will have to mention who said them the first time...
Problem: After all, who said it for the very first time?
Here's another problem: during biology classes, we talk about Evolution Theory. Everyone knows that it was Darwin who proposed it and, according to these laws, we'll have to ask for authorization so that we can refer to his work in our works, theses and even in classes.
What is the problem?
Darwin has been dead for 129 years! You can't just take a dead man from the grave and ask him if he gives us permission!
My dear, it looks like we're going to have to stop referring to Darwin in class because we DON'T have his permission!
This new law doesn't affect only this, but I think you have already realized, as this will affect social networks, research papers... After all, all this is copyrighted and we will no longer be able to share with others images and articles of mutual interest ...
Anyway, I hope you have noticed part of what these articles mean and hope you realize that you have to act or...

By the way, the photograph of this post is not taken from Google, just like all the photographs of all my posts until today. I had to do it in Paint because of copyright not allow me to take photos from the internet... I'm sorry if it don't have a good resolution, but if these articles are moving forward, I will not have another option but to stop Google photos and start doing them in Paint...
And thanks to whoever created it, unfortunately I don't know who it was and I can't go looking for who it was because I will have to reference the link of a website that says who is the creator of Paint... I'm really sorry, guys!
